1. Flower Platform Store: Purchasing Terms and Conditions

1.1. Who do I buy from?

The prices on Flower Platform Store don't include tax. According to the European Union and Romanian law, depending on the country you are placing the order from, you might need to pay VAT (Value Added Tax). You may get precise information about tax from the "Shopping cart", once you have added products to it.

1.2. What do I buy exactly?

All the items that may be bought from the Flower Platform Store represent software licenses for our products. They are delivered via Internet; there is no physical shipping method involved.

The delivery method differs depending on the product type. The global page for each product type clearly states what is the delivery method for that particular product type.

1.3. What are the payment methods?

The products available on Flower Platform Store may be payed in 2 ways: by wire/bank transfer or by credit card.

• Wire/bank transfer. After having placed the order, you will receive an invoice from us, mentioning our bank details. The licenses will be delivered after you have transferred the funds corresponding to the invoice, into our bank account. The bank transfer fees are at your charge (i.e. you should use an "OUR" type wire transfer order).
• Credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards. We use an external credit card payment provider: PlatiOnline. PlatiOnline is a leading payment provider in Romania. The transaction takes place in a secure environment, and is handled entirely by our provider. We don't have access to credit card data (such as credit card no, etc). The licenses will be delivered after the credit card transaction completes successfully.

1.4. Is there a return/refund policy?

There is no return or refund policy. All of our products can be used on a trial basis. During the trial period, the product has all of the features enabled. Before placing an order, please make sure you have tested properly the product(s) during the trial period.

1.5. License agreement

Please read carefully the general purchasing terms and conditions (i.e. this document) and the license agreement(s) for the product(s) that you are buying. The global page for each product type contains a link towards the license agreement.
